Sprinting star, Mojela KONESHE, is one of two athletes representing Lesotho at the 23rd African Athletics Senior Championships in Douala, Cameroon. He opened his account with a seasons best, 10.34s in the first round of 100m – just behind Botswana’s sensation Letsile TEBOGO (10.29s).
The other team member is female sprinter, Maliea NALANE.
Mojela has been training in Potchefstroom, SA and has made great progress since joining the coaching team of Paul GORRIES – made possible through a Paris 2024 Olympic Scholarship.
