Following the elections of the XXIV Elective Conference of the Lesotho National Olympic Committee (LNOC), a formal handing-over ceremony was held today at Olympic House. During the event, Mr. Tlali Rampooana, along with his former executive team, officially transferred the Constitution of the Lesotho National Olympic Committee to the newly elected President, Mr. Letsatsi Ntsibolane, this was done with the precencne of the Director of Sports Mr. Thabo TSIKI from the Ministry of Sports.
This transition of leadership coincides with Mr. Ntsibolane’s recent election as a member of the Association of African National Olympic Academies (AANOA), the governing body responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Olympic Values Education Programme across Africa.
Additionally, the ceremony included the introduction and presentation of the LNOC Secretariat to the newly elected Board.
