It has been a packed first day of Rugby 7’s Technical COURSE for COACHES at Setsoto Stadium in Maseru. The Courses being offered are composed of the following:
1. Level 2 Sevens Coaching
2. Level 1 Strength & Conditioning
3. Level 1 Rugby First Aid
4. GIR (Get Into Rugby)
The course is supported by Lesotho National Olympic Committee, through OLYMPIC SOLIDARITY World Programmes.
