1. Finance and Marketing Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • Develop Olympic home infrastructure.
  • Develop NOC headquarters.
  • Develop a High Performance Training Centre.

2. Development Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • Develop Athletes’ and Coaches’ Development Programme.
  • Develop Athletes’ High Performance Programme
  • Develop Sport Administrators.
  • Establish capacity for winter Games.
3. Sport and Law Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • Develop anti-doping program
4. National Olympic Academy , Culture and Education Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • Implement Olympic Values education programme through youth camps, school clubs, youth festivals, research & conference.

5. Athletes’ Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • Develop Athletes’ Commission to educate athletes on their rights and responsibilities.
6. Media Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • Enhance ICT Infrastructure
  • Engage with all media houses and the National Federation Public Relations Officers.
7. Women in Sport Commission
Strategic Objectives:

To promote, at national level, the practice of sport and physical activity throughout all levels of society, particularly as a means to foster social inclusion and health awareness through the following activities: –

  • Olympic day.
  • Festivals, events and tournaments promoting Sport for All in general or aimed at specific target groups.
  • Activities specifically aimed at promoting the practice of sport among girls/women.
  • Sport for All training (e.g. train the trainers).
  • Awareness campaigns.
  • Research/survey.
8. Legacy Commission
Strategic Objectives:
  • To preserve Olympic and sporting heritage at national level.
9. Sport For All Commission
Strategic Objectives:
