NOC Administration Development

To improve the administrative structures of National Olympic Committees (NOCs) by contributing towards their general administrative costs and supporting NOCs’ initiatives to improve specific aspects of their management, with special emphasis on better governance.

National Training Courses for Sports Administrators

To offer to NOCs the possibility of training the sport administrators of their NOC and its constituents by organising courses on a national level.

International Executive Training Courses in Sport Management

To provide sport managers with access to training courses of a higher education level and international significance, and to contribute towards improvement in the management of their Olympic sport organisations.

Promotion of Olympic Values

The educational aspect of Olympism and the Olympic values are the foundation of the unique character of the Olympic Movement. Sport thus represents a powerful tool and has the potential to play a fundamental role within society at large, particularly with respect to the younger generations. Olympic Solidarity continues to offer NOCs opportunities to bring Olympism and Olympic values to life, in line with International Olympic Committee (IOC) policies and in fields as diverse as the protection of athletes’ health, environmental sustainability, gender equality, widening sports practice and lifelong Olympic education as well as preserving heritage.
