Weightlifting coach, Mangaka TJOLOBA, has successfully completed the International Coaching Course (ICC) at the Hungarian University of Sports Science in Budapest.

The 7-week course ran from 08 April – 28 May and included 17 coaches from a variety of different sporting codes representing 16 different countries.

Mangaka specialized in General Conditioning.

The program, which has a history of more than 50 years, is supported by the International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Solidarity Program. As well as the academic work, students have had an opportunity to explore the geography, culture and cuisine of Hungary.
