The Lesotho National Olympic Committee (LNOC) is supporting the KFC National Netball Junior Championships taking place from Friday, 07 August to Sunday, 09 August 2026, at Leqele High School.

As part of its commitment to promoting safe, clean and values-based sport, the LNOC in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports, is delivering Safeguarding Education, Olympic Values Education and Anti-Doping Education to participants during the championships.

The initiative comes at a significant time as the global sporting community commemorates International Safe Sport Day, reinforcing the shared responsibility of sports organisations and stakeholders to ensure that sport remains a safe, respectful and positive environment for everyone—particularly children and young athletes.

Through initiatives such as these, the LNOC continues to strengthen its commitment to athlete welfare, integrity, safeguarding and clean sport, while supporting the development of the next generation of Basotho athletes.
