Three Taekwondo athletes and a coach are currently in Dakar, Senegal for a development Youth Training Camp. The camp is organised by World Taekwondo and African Taekwondo Union through Olympic Solidarity and runs from 09-18 March 2026.

The Camp also serves as a pathway towards the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games quota allocation process. The Youth Olympics will take place for the first time on African continent in the Senegalese capital from 31 October – 14 November 2026.
