The Sharing Olympism Forum came to an end yesterday, with participants receiving medals in recognition of their outstanding participation and performance throughout the event. The medal award ceremony was graced by the presence of the LNOC Vice President – Finance, Mrs. Mamotsabi LEKHKABUNYANE; Lesotho Olympic Academy representative, Mrs. Mabokang MDANDALAZA; and Regional Inspector from the Ministry of Education and Training, Mr. Zongezile DLANGAMNDLA.

The forum featured various competitive categories, in which participants demonstrated their knowledge, creativity, confidence and understanding of Olympism. These categories included Debate, Public Speaking, Essay Writing, Poetry and Quiz. The two-day forum brought together participants from Eswatini, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda and the host country – Lesotho, providing a platform for young people from across the region to exchange ideas, showcase their talents and promote the fundamental values of Olympism.
